I’m Adia — a writer and interior designer working at the intersection of reflection and function. Through personal essays and residential design, I focus on clarity, care, and the lived experience of the people I work with. My practice blends structure and softness, bringing thoughtful attention to both words and spaces.

My work includes:

  • Writing personal essays and reflective prose exploring intimacy, connection, and self-understanding

  • Designing residential spaces rooted in function, flow, and how people actually live

  • Project coordination and creative support with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Developing systems that bring clarity to complex or creative work

With over 10 years in the interior design industry and an independent publication on Substack, I bring both experience and intentionality to my work. I’m currently open to thoughtful collaborations, design projects, and creative partnerships where care and clarity matter.
Based in Savannah, GA.

my core values

01. authenticity

You'll never find industry trends that don't fit to the project in my designs. I'm all about doing what works, and tossing what doesn't for each individual project.

02. thoughtfulness

Thinking through each and every detail is my strength. Design that is fully fleshed out makes your space that much more tailored to you and your family.
Cookie-cutters don't live here.

03. inspiration

Interiors that are inspired by the unexpected end up extremely personal and unique. Drawing from a handful of sources will allow us to explore exactly what makes a space yours.

04. accessibility

You won't find any fluff here, in my process or the final product. Function is my favorite word, and making sure your space allows you to fully live is my mission.
